Because digital items cannot be “returned” once accessed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after purchase.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only if:
You were charged more than once for the same product, or
You are unable to access the file(s) due to a verified technical issue on our end.
If either applies, please contact our team within 7 days of purchase at support@clickhive.co.uk with your order details.
We’ll review your request and issue a resolution promptly if eligible.
Incorrect Purchases
Please double‑check your order before completing checkout.
Since files are delivered instantly after payment, accidental or duplicate purchases are not eligible for refund once downloaded.
